| Description: | The individual in this position must have a relevant (4 years) Bachelors degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 7 years experience as a Senior Project Engineer/Project Leader. This individual will be responsible for the generation and implementation of engineering, programatic and certification solutions for each assigned project. This individual will manage the planning and implementation of solutions to projects as directed by the Manager of System Engineering and is responsible for budget generation and subsequent budget management. The individual is expected to become a subject matter expert on the assigned project and provide guidance and mentoring to team members. Knowledge of 14CFR Part 29 certification regulations is a plus. This individual is also expected to consistently display the highest levels of job knowledge, professional integrity and work ethic. | ||

It is a plus if the applicant is familiar with the components on the S64 and/or CH54 model aircraft and specifically the following components: Main Gearbox, Main/Tail Rotor Head, Intermediate/Tall Gearbox, Turbine Engines, (P&W JT12 or JFTD12A). Fuel Components (FCU and Fuel Pumps), Main/Tail Rotor Blade repair, and Hydraulic Components and Landing Gear. Overhaul requires the ability to perform the following: disassembly, cleaning, detailed visual inspection, dimensional inspection, final assembly, and testing. | ||

| Description: | The individual in this position is responsible for the maintenance and manufacturing of S64-E and S64-F main rotor blades, tail rotor blades, and associated parts. The individual must be able to read and interpret blue prints, follow written instructions, and require little to no supervision. The individual must be able to understand and use documentation forms and paperwork in accordance with Company and FAA Standards. DOT-FAA Airframe license and Powerplant license a plus. The individual must be able to operate gas and electric forklifts. Must be able to read and write English. Good oral and writing skills required for information flow along with good computer skills. Individual must be able to work in a team environment and participate in continuous process improvement projects. Must be able to work swing shift as required to meet production requirements. | ||

| Description: | Performs in process and final inspections for parts and components that have been repaired/overhauled or manufactured. This includes making final airworthiness determination. Will perform internal audits of repair station and manufacturing processes. Will be responsible for reviewing maintenance records, logcards, and all associated records for accuracy and will perform receiving and shipping inspection. Requires an FAA Airframe and Powerplant mechanics certificate. The individual must have previous inspection experience in the aerospace industry. Must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical data and effectively use precision measuring tools. Must have computer experience and be communicate effectively. |

Facilitate the building of project networks, identifying assumptions and constraints for the project. Perform data entry of detailed project plans into project management software. Environment: Manufacturing/Job Shop Requirements: Expertise in data entry. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Project software. Green Belt (or equivalent) in Lean/Six Sigma with one year practical experience. Preferred: Formal training in project management methodologies. Formal training in Lean Six Sigma methodologies with three years practical experience. |
