ERICKSON FINALIZES ACQUISITION OF EVERGREEN HELICOPTERS, INC.

Erickson Air-Crane has completed a previously announced deal to acquire Evergreen Helicopters, Inc. ("EHI") from Evergreen International Aviation, Inc. EHI, based in McMinnville, Oregon, operates a fleet of 65 rotary- and fixed-wing aircraft for a variety of passenger transport and light, medium and heavy load-carrying missions, for both government and commercial customers.

Erickson CEO Udo Rieder said, "This transformative acquisition marks the beginning of a new chapter in the history of our company.
